What Happens To Betting Odds In Extra Time

In soccer, a draw can happen in several ways. The most common way is when the game is tied at the end of regulation time and both teams have equal goals. If the score is still tied after extra time has been played, then the game goes to a shootout. In a shootout, each team gets five shots from the penalty spot, and if the score is still tied after those five shots, then it goes to sudden death. Another way that a draw can happen is if both teams agree to end the game in a tie. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen if neither team feels like they have a good chance of winning and they would rather just end the game and move on.

Why Bettors Should Care About Draws

Bettors should care about draws because they can have an impact on their bets. If you bet on a team to win outright and the game ends in a draw, then you will lose your bet. However, if you bet on a team to win or draw (known as a “double Chance bet”), then you will win your bet as long as the team doesn’t lose outright. So, if you’re ever unsure about whether or not to make a double chance bet, err on the side of caution and do it; it’s always better to win a bet than to lose one.

What Happens for Betting Odds When There’s Extra Time?

Extra time is when two additional periods are added on to the end of the game in order to break a tie. In most leagues, each extra time period is 15 minutes long; however, some leagues – such as knockout tournaments – may have longer or shorter periods. For betting purposes, extra time does not count towards the outcome of bets; bets are only decided by what happens in regulation time and in shootouts (if necessary).

If you’re betting on soccer, it’s important to be aware of how draws can affect your bets. If you bet on a team to win outright and the game ends in a draw, then you will lose your bet.
