3-Way Handicap Betting Rules in Soccer

A Three Way Handicap bet is a bet where the bookmaker handicaps the away team with a goal start and the home team with a goal start, while also giving the draw an odds boost.

How to place a 3-way handicap bet on soccer

You need to choose which market you want to bet on and then select the “Handicap” option. In the Handicap drop-down menu, you will see the options “0:-1”, “0:+1” and “-1:+1”. These refer to the away team being given a one-goal start (0:-1), the home team being given a one-goal start (0:+1) or both teams being given a one-goal start (-1:+1). 

You then simply need to select your stake and click on the “Place Bet” button. If your bet is successful, you will receive your winnings plus your original stake back. 

Please note that all handicap bets are settled on the result after 90 minutes, including any injury time. If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes have been played, then all handicap bets will be void.

If you bet on Team A, they would need to win the game by 2 or more goals for you to win your bet. If the final score is 1-0 in favor of Team A, your bet would be a push (neither win nor lose). Similarly, if team B wins or the game ends in a tie, then the bettor loses their wager.
